We are general contractor and are specialized in all types of construction from building a house or a villa to renovation and remodeling of different spaces.

How long does a typical construction/renovation project take?

It differs from project to project and a timeline could be provided once we know more details about our clients’ specific project.

How do you charge for projects? By the hour, job, etc.?

It depends on the size and the scope of each project.

Do you have your own crew or do you hire subcontractors?

We have both our own professional team and some subcontractors who have been working with us for years.

Who is responsible for getting the necessary permits?

The client should receive any required permits. If they request our company to take needed actions instead of them, extra charges will be received.

What is your service area?

Our head office is based in Tehran but we have a wide service area and have experience in many cities including Tehran, Mashhad, Tabriz, and north of Iran.‍
